I love essential oils and aromatherapy and I am delighted to find @sixthsensesaromatics in @watsonssg
I first get to know about this local brand during the Circuit Breaker when my friends shared on their social media platforms on a online workshop that was using essential oils to make diy hand sanitiser. Fast forward, moving onto phase 3, I feel that it is important to take care of our health despite our busy schedule and I like how Sixth Senses Aromatics has an array of roll on essential oil blends which are perfect to slip into our bags and carry them everywhere we go. Some of my fav include the Stress Relief roll on as well as the Sleep Well roll on and Immunity (Anti-Flu and Cough) roll on.
Oh yes, there is also the Oral Botanical Classic from Botanical Culture, another local brand, which I am very intrigued with. Made using all natural 100% organic ingredients such as peppermint oil, almond and tea tree oil, this 15ml bottle is an organic liquid toothpaste, mouthwash and breath freshener. It is so easy to have good Oral health even when we are out. To freshen up your mouth, simply add one drop directly onto the tongue and to use it as a mouthwash, just add 2-3 drops of Oral Botanica Classic to a half glass of water. Easy peasy.
